Age Requirment

You agree that you are over the age of 18 years old and that the person receiving the products are also over the age of 18 years old. You agree that any products that are purchased from ‘Cream Charger Warehouse‘ will only be used for feed purposes as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

South Australians are not allowed to purchase Cream Chargers between the hours of 10pm and 5am.

You acknowledge that ‘Cream Charger Warehouse‘ is not liable for any misuse or abuse of any products and that any evidence of misuse or abuse will result in Cream Charger Warehouse refusing the sale and/or restricting future sales. You agree that Cream Charger Warehouse may request to see identification with proof of your age with photo before delivering products. Refusal to display valid photo identification and evidence of valid payment may result in the transaction being cancelled. You may be charged a $55 cancellation fee in addition to any shipping or delivery costs which vary depending on location. You agree that Cream Charger Warehouse may also use your phone number and email address to promote future promos and products via sms and/or email, please see our privacy policy for further details. 

Method of payment

We accept bank card payments (Visa, Master card, Maestro, AMEX, American Express, JCB and UnionPay), we also support wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).  The prices listed for each product in inclusive of taxes (eg. GST included were GST is applied to the product). Delivery price depends on your location and is calculated in the cart or checkout when you provide your state and postcode. You may be required to verify that you are the owner of the credit card used for the purchase prior to your order being dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to.

As per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. 

A major problem is when:

  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
  • it has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
  • it is unsafe.

If you return the item believing it has a major problem, and the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. We charge a $25 inspection fee for inspecting returned products where the purchaser has claimed that the item has a major problem.

Once received we will inspect the returned products and contact you to pay the $25 inspection fee and once the fee has been paid we will contact you with the outcome of our assessment. Where it is found that there is a major problem with your products we will refund you along with the inspection fee.


Any reference to day (e.g. same day dispatch) refers to business day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays or holidays when the courier/shipping companies are not working).
